R, W & B Love You

This card uses the color challenge at Our Daily Bread Designs Shining the Light Challenge-Red White & Blue, and the sketch at Sketch Frenzy Friday SFF062714, a nice CAS sketch. I am still using up the leftover R,W & B flowers! Only a couple more, I promise! I have had rather a lot of fun with these colors-they aren't ones I normally go to. I'm liking what I've come up with so far :)

This will be another one for Operation Write Home. Our soldiers are, after all, the real stars of this country and why we have the freedoms we have.

Rather simple card, came together quickly.

Papers: Paper Pizzaz 'Boys to Men' DP; SU Red & blue cardstock, CTMH White (in flower) and Canson Iced Gold shimmer paper for the sentiment.
Stamp: Our Daily Bread Designs Mini Tags 1
Ink: Momento Luxe Danube Blue
Accessories: SU metal element & brad, SU foam dimensionals

  1. Oh, Jackie, I love your card! These colors are not my normal "go to" colors either, but it was fun to play with them! And how wonderful that you've made it for Operation Write Home! Someone is going to really love this one! I love your paper with the matting and that great layered flower! And the sentiment is perfect for a spouse!! So glad you joined us this week for the ODBD Shining the Light challenge! Hugs!
