The first card is another one using the Bo Bunny Winter Joy-Brrr DP. I so love the non-tradional colors of this for making Christmas Cards.
I'm using the sketch from The Sweet Stop Skctch challange 119. Simple and pretty! The sentiment is from Flourishes Classic Christmas-It's one stamp I stamped in halfs and heat embossed. They are cut using Spellbinders Labels Small and large sets. The little charms were a gift from a friend last winter-I finally am using some! The ribbon is from a friend's wedding a couple weeks ago-it was tied around the bulletin, and of course being a crafter I had to keep it and repurpose it. I also added some litte star rhinestones to the center of 2 of the snowflakes on the DP.
This card is really quite simple. I used the Sizzix Tim Holtz Alterations TAll trees embossing folder on the green cardstock (EK Color sense-Spruce) and a sizzix snowflake embossing folder on the white cardstock. The ribbon is some Christmas gift wrap ribbon. I added some Stickles to the trees and snowflakes (I thought it was stardust-it wasn't-it's more gold. Oh, well, it's still pretty). I stamped the sentiment with Versamark and heat embossed with gold EP. I then punched it out with SU oval punch, and SU scalloped oval for the burgundy mat. I added some recollections clear rhinestones to the center of the snowflakes. Then I sprizted the whole thing with Glimmer Mist-Glacier.
Thanks for looking. Leave a comment if you would.
These are both fabulous! I love the color scheme on the first one. Divine!
